PridePass is an initiative to connect LGBTQ talents with companies who are looking to hire the best employees based on talent without discrimination.

We supported this meaningful project by leading the technical development and interaction design of the platform, created to bring together inclusive companies, whereby connecting LGBTQ talents with the right employment opportunities.
